NEW ADVANCE CAMERA - Compatibility with Door/windows Sensors
Is it planned that the new Advance camera will be also compatible with Door and Windows Sensors? Or a Smart Camera will be always mandatory to get notification from sensors? BR

Hello,
The Smart Door and Window Sensors are not compatible with the new Camera. If you have a functional alarm pack at home, adding the Camera Advance will allow you to complete the system, which will remain functional.
The Indoor Camera Advance is compatible with the indoor Siren and can be installed in the Home+Security app. It integrates into the Netatmo ecosystem, allowing the cameras to communicate with each other.
Thus, if the Advance Indoor Camera detects an intruder, it can trigger the indoor Siren and the Outdoor Camera's siren.
Adding the Door Sensors to our brand-new Indoor Camera Advance is not planned at the moment.

What a great new product! But what a disappointment when I read that it wasn't compatible with door and window detectors... Why not? Is this something that will change in the future? Will door and window sensors become no longer supported by Netatmo?

As mentioned in my previous message, adding the Door Sensors to our brand-new Indoor Camera Advance is not planned at the moment.
The Smart Door and Window Sensors are still compatible with the Smart Indoor Camera (Welcome).

Thank you for your answer (very commercial though).
I would have bought your new advance camera straight away if it had supported door and window sensors. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope that one day it will.
