Error Code 0097-00003 and 0097-00002
Four of my eight indoor cameras went off duty. II could not reinstate those. So I deleted those in Apple Home and Netamo. The cameras are no longer there. Now I tried toi install the camera.
1. I get the message can not be installed
2. The cam os no on apple home but not in the netamo security app.
What do to?
Where and how can I issue a ticket?

In Apple HomeKit funktioniert die Kamera
In der Netatmo Security App wird mir immer nur: Netzwerk konfigurieren angezeigt.
Was ich auch schon mehrmals gemacht habe.
Nur kommt immer und immer wieder die o.a. Fehlermeldung.
Bei mir das gleiche ! Immer dieser Fehlercode und ab und zu Meldung ‚falscher Sicherhetscode‘
