We get an email every minute: "someone has logged into the portal".

info

We have several Netatmo cameras integrated into a Synology NAS via the API. For the past 1-2 days, we've been receiving an email every minute saying, "Someone has logged into your portal." What can we do?

    Hi,

Please make sure to update your password on Synology.

If no avail, please contact our API support here: https://dev.netatmo.com/contact-us-form

They will be able to help you 🙂

Did anyone ever resolve this? The same thing is happening to me.

I changed all my passwords, and after that, I received fewer emails. But I still get 50 a day.

It’s a problem, more annoying than anything. This is my last attempt to make use of my Netatmo products. After this when they die, I am moving on. Thanks for the response. The video stream with Synology is far superior than the Netatmo App, actually in real time.

    Solved for now.

You need to create an separate WebApp for each Netatmo camera you wish to connect to Synology SS, with its own, client, secret, and MAC address. Its not entirely clear that this is necessary, but it seems to have solves the issue for me. It appears for now that the only activity "Login emails" are if the camera goes offline and comes back on.
