Hi, the new app does not have the slider time setting for manual boost like the old app. The new app does not have a way to turn off manual boost . It appears that manual boost time is set in settings and cannot be changed for individual manual boosts . Help.

True temperature doesn't work, it's not possible to set it.

My question is not about True Temperature. I am asking about Manual boost . In the old app we had a sliding time bar to allow change the time the boost was to last . This option appears gone from the new app , the new app restricts you to a pre set time in settings .

Maybe I am not getting my question across clearly . I am asking if an action that was available in the old app is also available in the new app . I cannot find it in the new app . The old app allowed a manual boost with a length of time slider at the bottom of the screen . This is not in the new app . Pity I cannot insert a photo here to show old app function

Hi, Can you incorporate the visual language by the original Stark Design? I choose Netatmo because your mobile interface shares the same visual language as the hardware: The geometrical numbers , the oval-square, the black & orange color, and the minimal white design. it is the charming character make your product classy and stylish.

I'm still getting used to the Control app, but noticed today that when enabling frost guard with scheduled end time, it leaves the thermostat off, even while Control app shows it was enabled again. I've had to use the old Energy app to enable my thermostat again.

Can you please enable the "Charts" feature from the old Netatmo/Energy App in the Control App? Viewing the long time series is great and just getting a default 24h window in the Control App won't make me abandon the old apps.

As a long-time user of the Netatmo heating control system, I unfortunately have to say that the new versions of the control applications, previously web-based and now mobile, are much harder to use and less clear. For example, in the mobile application, it was obvious at first glance that the system was heating (the orange background color on the main panel), the temperature values were easy to read (large, clear digits), the heating graph was easily accessible (by simply rotating the display), etc. I don't understand why all of this is so much worse in the new application. I see a similar deterioration in the user experience in the web application, which is unnecessarily complicated and unclear. Why are you changing something that has worked well for years?
Given that the e-ink displays on my Netatmo thermostats are gradually starting to fade and this unfavorable experience with the new versions of the control applications, I am seriously considering changing the entire system. This is unfortunately unacceptable to me.

Totally agree Jan. BTW you can buy replacement screen for thermostat cheaply . Just search on google . I bought mine on Ali express €13, and there’s YouTube instructions https://youtu.be/YU-sCqo7724?si=RPU67Zvs1PDtXIuC

Seems like perfect timing that a new app is out where you have to pay now and my thermostat keeps reading the wrong temperature and the relay is no longer reachable. Coincidence i think not time to ditch netatmo and go else where.

The old app was very clear and easy to use, with the opening graphic mirroring the wall thermostate. So looking at what the thermostate was doing and upping or downing temprature was simple and quick. Now its not very clear, as the panel on the app does not mirror the wall stat, and its not very easy to see weather the boiler is on or off (on the old app it was red for on). Also now cant find my monthly graphs on the internet site. So all in all a massive backwards step. I am at a loss as to why you would change to this app, and would make me seroiusly consider changing the whole system, and I have been using this system for more than 8 years. Signed a very unsatisfied customer.

As an addition to my last post, I am now being asked by the app to complete the setup (its been set up for some time) and when trying to set it up it just keeps saying it cant find my thermostate (even though it is still controlling it). Major bugs in this app, apart from the bad design and lack of features from the original app (which was brilliant and worked).

The new app is a nightmare.

The netatmo one was working smoothly and did as you set it up, for as long as you set it up!

This one? Decides on its own to jump from 20 to 30 and from 22 to 16 in the middle of the xxx winter at -10C

I set it up now to raise the temp to 20 and it flips again to 30 in 0.2 seconds.

While i do love beach temperatures i cannot afford the gas price for this embarrassing app to do whatever it wants.
    Even with auto adapt off.

Please do something about this app or let us choose whichever version we want to use!
