Lock doesn‘t open

We just installed the Smart Door Lock. But when we want to open the door with the app, you hear a short moving sound of the lock like it is turning inside, but after that the door is not open. That app says it is opened. We calibrated the lock several times, but that doesn‘t solve the problem. With the keys we can open the door. Does anybody have an idea what could be the problem? Or is the lock just broke?

    Same problem here. Works manuell well but no reaction except the very short sound when using the app.
