I can't get my weather station functioning

After the wifi fibre cable was cut and new fibre was installed all other devices worked. I could not install my old NetAtmo weather station, which had been functioning for 4 years successfully. So I bought a new NetAtmo weather station (Big Module and Outdood Module. This will not function even with the assistance of the retailer (Mitre 10) in New Zealand.

Please please help me!

I wold like to interact with a real person so we can sort this out once and for all.

    Have you tried a wifi reconfiguration of your station ??

    Im in Hamilton, NZ and Love my netatmo station. Have all the modules.

    Occassionally we seem to loose connection with Netatmo servers.

    I had the occassion to not have any data showing on my webpage . Showed no wifi connection so I restarted my Modem and wifi connection mmmm no luck there.

    I went to set up wizard and reconfigured it. Not a new install.

    This appeared to work after a few minutes.

    However now I dont appear to show on the local map. !!

    I might have to post a separate post on this
