Thermostat connection problems
My heating thermostat greyed out and became unreadable so I've replaced it and connected both the thermostat and the relay but cannot connect them to get my system up and running again. I have not touched the wiring since replacing it.
Originally I didn't have a relay which didn't connect to Apple Home - as you know the new ones do. I've tried several times to connect it but it fails with a fault code of OSStautus code -6764 (K CountErr)
Could you please let me know how I can fix this.
I have been a customer for several years with an old email address of john@burrows44.plus.com

Hello,
Some of our services were temporarily unavailable due to Microsoft Azure cloud services widespread outages across Europe and other regions from 17:00 CET to 21:30 CET.
Rest assured that even when a server is unavailable, the Thermostat and the Valves continue to regulate the heating according to the schedule and it is still possible to change the temperature setpoint thanks to the buttons: https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/articles/360021262151
I had lost connection to my server and the Netatmo heating app won’t now connect. I’ve not changed my WiFi provider or password. It lost connection this morning and haven’t been able to connect since.
I’ve followed all the advice on the web site with no luck
