True temperature doesn't work anymore
I just wanted to adjust the true temperature as it is showing wrong temperature and thus heating when it shouldn't making the room way too hot. Anybody else experienced that? And do you know of a solution for it? I have had to set the away condition in order to make it just a little comfortable in the room.
(I know, this is the copy of the original post made a half year ago, there several new comments, but it seems to me, that nobody noticed)

Hello I confirm that true temp doesn’t work today . On my display the temp is 19 , then I apply a change to 20 , the app return ok , bit on 10 min the temp on the display change 19.5 then 18.5 then 17.5 then 16.5 …. On the app the temp is correct but who win is the thermometer and in this situation the boiler starts …. Now I put in off the thermometer, but please fix !!!! The release showed is 79 ….

Same problem with real temperature. Have tried everything, resetting, changing batteries, calibrate... The room is very hot and I am consuming energy that I do t want to. What is the solution?
@giada, please provide us with an update on the plan to fix this issues permanently, the situation is becoming quite concerning.
Also considering the inconvenience caused, I am wondering if you are considering some kind of compensation. Thanks for your support

Dear Netatmo Energy users, after announcing the removal of the "actual temperature" setting malfunction, I found that the system records and sets the new "actual temperature" setpoint, but after approximately 4 hours it automatically changes it back by the difference between the original current temperature and the new setpoint.
In this regard, I would like to draw your attention to this fact and ask you to inform if you have also experienced this problem.
Hello, same here but with the thermostat.I dont know exactly the frequency but true temperature works and at some point it shifts again.
It seemed to work over the weekend where I was able to set the true temperature of my thermostats.
However, this morning I noticed, that all the valves had reset back to the temperature it had before I adjusted. Also I am no longer able to set a new true temperature settting meaning that all radiators now are heating unless i manualle override it.
This is really becoming unbearable, Netatmo...
Same for me. The problem is still present. I decided to change to an other product.
Two days ago, I posted a notice that the new value set using the "actual temperature" function on the relevant smart radiator valve would change back to the original old value after a certain period of time. I looked into this issue again and found that the error was in the smart radiator valve itself and could be fixed by "restarting" it by removing and reinserting the batteries. After such a "restart", the error on the smart radiator valve was fixed, so I recommend trying this procedure if you encounter a similar error.
True temperature is still not working correctly. Changes temporarily, but the change does not stay and temperature keeps reverting to incorrect temperature reading.
Same problem here, true temperature is still not working correctly.
More then 3 weeks after my complain/request for support, nothing has changed. True temperature STILL doesn't work. Can you do something about it ? What are you wanting to at least advise on what to do?
