Thermostat stopped working. Netatmo can no longer be contacted
My really unintelligent Netatmo thermostat has stopped working. The screen is dead on the device. And yes, we have changed the batteries. Netatmo are no longer available. I sent them an email and I got a reply saying we are no longer replying to emails, you have to contact directly on app. But the only button to contact directly has been disabled. Disgraceful. Anyone have anything to add before I through it into the trash can?

Same here and no netatmo help, shit material
can you please help me my app is not functioning because the relais is not connected to the wifi, i have installed it agian and again, there mus t be a problem on your side, both my office and home thermostat have the same problem

At this moment I experience the same issue, "Unable to contact relay". I tried to set it up again, untill the WiFi and al i can set it up again, but then: Netatmo Relay is unreachable Please help

The thermostat disconnects. If I remove the batteries for 30 minutes, reconnect them, and perform the relay setup again, it starts working again. If this isn't a bug, I don't know what else it could be.
The screen of my 3 year old Netatmo wireless thermostat has gone black. What do I need to fix the problem. Also if I buy a new Netatmo wireless thermostat do I need to buy its factory paired relay?

michael.h.eacott : the Thermostat and Relay cannot be sold separately. They are sold together as they are factory-paired. If you need to change one module, you have to buy the whole kit.
