I cannot order because your website ordering page does not recognize North Carolina as part of the USA

I wanted to take advantage of Black Friday sales, but your site won't let me. I would love to place an order but can't. I need your assistance, please.

    Could you tell me a bit more about the issue you are experiencing? 

    North Carolina is well listed when adding a new address.

    On my iPad, your website does not recognize my town being in North Carolina.

    Please make sure that you are in the shop of your country.
