After hours and hours of trying I am unable to connect the new Weather Station 2 to my network. I see error messages but it is impossible to connect to the network. The station was already changed by my dealer, the WLAN router was ….x times restarted, my I-Phone 16 also, the Netatmo App was more than one removed and new installed, but it dont work. What can I do? Help Please!!!!
The Error Messages are „Gerät kann nicht hinzugefügt werden, Sychronisierung von Cloud-Daten läuft“ (is is german, my translation is „Cannot connect the device, cloud data synchronizing“) and „Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden (HMErrorDomain-Fehler 23) (my translation: „Cannot complete, HMError-Domain-Error 23).

I have the same problem. I tried several times and reset all systems.
The Thermostat I had is working nicely but the weather station simply doesn't connect and start operating.

I have exactly the same problem. The extra indoor module I got for Xmas will not connect.
One could think - since you have had the problem for 1 month now - that Netatmo had reacted.

Indeed. Tech support asked few basic questions but was not able to resolve. I am very skilled in it systems and set up. It’s clear that this product is premature and not working yet. I had to return.
