Indeed. Tech support asked few basic questions but was not able to resolve. I am very skilled in it systems and set up. It’s clear that this product is premature and not working yet. I had to return.

I have the same problem. I tried several times and reset all systems. The Thermostat I had is working nicely but the weather station simply doesn't connect and start operating.
