Heating up one valve and others work too
Hi,
I have set up 4 smart valves in my home. Two for the kids rooms, one for the office and one for the bathroom.
When I want to heat up one of the kids' rooms or office for study, the heating is turned on in all of the rooms (also the rooms where no smart valve is installed).
On the app it shows which room is heated, the thermostat shows 'heating' too and I think that is what is causing the problem since the thermostat is controlling everything including the rooms with no smart valve.
Is there any way to just heat up one room, and one room only? We're using a fireplace to heat up our living room, kitchen, etc. so smart valves only need to control certain rooms.

Double check your systems mode settings.

And also if you really have different rooms in the app or just named the Valves after the rooms and they are all in the same room in the app.
