Doorbell stopped working and is now growling (static coming from the unit)

I have changed the SD card and the problem continues.

Also very hard to find a customer service email address to ask the company.

I very much enjoy the system being hardwired in to the power supply and all video saed on an SD card so I do not incur a subscription fee, but I am getting tired of the units especially the door bell going off line.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a new brand that works well with Apple products?

    Maybe have a look at the Aqara G4 or G410. They also have a local storage, but in the indoor unit and even HomeKit Secure Video, which Netatmo never managed to implement. I am also having more and more issues with the doorbell. Late responses, no more previews in the app etc.

    Thank you for the suggestion.  I have not been available to call Netatmo yet, but I feel they will not be able to do much, because they don't even sell the doorbell anymore.
