How to get support for being unable to setup a new camera
I bought a new Indoor Advance camera direct from Netatmo during BF promotion (end of November)
I am unable to add it to the Netatmo security app. The App gets blocked during the set up process so the setup cannot complete.
I sent a support ticket, and 1 month has gone by, with no response at all.
The camera is therefore usable because it cannot be configured in the App.
I don't know what else to do so I post here. If I cannot get some attention to this matter, I will have to proceed with returning the camera as faulty, despite this being mostly likely a problem with App and not the camera itself.
