I have 2 presence v1 outdoor cameras but the installation on iOS 26.4 hangs on installing the accessories after the cameras were successfully added to Home Kit.
Write to support and have them fix it. It's clear that Netatmo is no longer interested in the problems posted here. Link here for Netatmo outdoor cameras.
hi comunity, the problem is that ios not more corresponded with the app - one of the solution is to install the v1 with a android phone and then start the app with the samo login in ios. now its ok.
