Did you ever find a resolution to this? I'm facing the exact same issue, which has now resulted in my devices being nothing more then paper weights.

Having the very same issue trying to download videos on both my phone and via the web app and they are download a pathetic 20kb/s on my gigabit connection. Which means each video which is about 10...
