What is the issue you are experiencing?
I would appreciate it if you could give us more details about this error so we can resolve it and improve our customer service:
- the page of the article you were trying to contact us from
- a screenshot of the error
- whether you included attachments or not
Try to clear your cache, delete the cookies or use a different browser.
This thing happens to me whenever I want to log into the site and it takes forever.
I am not able to reproduce the issue on https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us
Have you tried to clear your cache and delete the cookies ? Does it happen on a different browser as well?
