re-installing sensor not possible
It was possible to install all 3 sensors with de smart indoor camera. But the camera reacted not as it should, so I reset the hole thing. The alarm and sensors were removed from de app. The re-installation of the alarm went as it should. But de sensors are difficult.
I have tried a dozen times, but no succes. De green light on the sensor is visable, but de camera cannot connect to the sensor even when I'm holding it next to the camera.
What can I do to connect these sensors?

Same issue! After a full camera reset, I can’t reconnect my window and door sensors. I’ve received zero support or guidance from Netatmo, despite opening an official ticket 2 weeks ago.
I have the same problem. I unlinked all devices from my account, and after re-pairing, I couldn't connect the window and door sensors.

According to it:
- Start sensor setup.
- Wait for the camera LED to start blinking.
- Then insert batteries into the sensor.
However, in my case, the camera LED NEVER starts blinking during sensor setup.
It is logical to conclude that the camera does not switch to pairing mode with the sensor. However, when I connect the siren, the camera's blue LED flashes.
Do you have any new information on this issue?
