Problem solved after having replacing my Wi-Fi base station. I don’t think that it is related, but in parallel I had to replace the power supply of the Welcome camera which died.

Same issue. PS: The Wi-Fi signal level shown by the app seems to be inverted because it gets stronger for weaker and weaker networks. I checked with a Wi-Fi scanner.
