Trouble installing Weather Station Shield

I am currently attempting to install the Netatmo Weather Station Shield using your official online installation guide (Step: "Clamps insertion", link: https://setup.netatmo.com/nrs/26?indexes=1). According to the video guide, the two clamps for the plastic cable ties should be mounted horizontally, creating a parallel orientation. However, the physical bracket I received has one horizontal slot and one vertical slot. It is physically impossible to mount the clamps in the way shown in the instruction video, as they do not fit or rotate into the vertical slot. I have attached a photo of the bracket and the clamps for your reference. As the current design of the bracket prevents me from following the provided instructions, I would appreciate your advice: 1. Is this a known design revision, or have I received a faulty/incorrect bracket? 2. How should I correctly mount the clamps to ensure the weather station is securely attached? I look forward to your guidance on how to proceed with the installation.

Sounds like a packing error. Either contact your reseller and request a replacement or contact Netatmo directly requesting a spare part (bottom of the page).
