Your Camera will use your phone's geolocation to detect when you leave your home. The performance of this feature may vary depending on your phone's battery management settings.
To ensure proper geolocation functionality on your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Check location settings: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure location services are enabled for our Home + Security app.
- Enable background location services: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and enable this option for our Home + Security app.
- Disable battery optimizations: Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and disable the "Low Power Mode" option.
