This article explains how to hardware reset your Thermo Hub.
You do not need to reset the Thermo Hub in the following cases:
Loss of Wi-Fi connection
Wi-Fi reconfiguration
Unexpected heating behavior
To perform a hardware reset:
Plug the Thermo Hub into a power socket using the mains adapter. During boot, the LED will blink green.
Press and hold the Thermo Hub button until the LED turns red.
Release the button when the LED is red. It will then blink white, and the Thermo Hub will reboot (LED blinks green during reboot).
Important:
After reset, all data stored in the Thermo Hub (Wi-Fi credentials and Matter configuration) will be deleted.
The product must be reinstalled before use.
