The Netatmo Outdoor Light is designed to replace an existing outdoor light fixture. It comes with a cable of approximately 30 cm and is not supplied with a plug: a connection to the electrical mains (100–240 V) is required.
Before installation
- Switch off the power supply at the circuit breaker before any handling.
- If you have no experience with electrical work, call a professional installer.

Precautions
- Do not install the light near large metal objects, in areas with strong air currents, under high-voltage lines, or near sources emitting microwave signals at the same frequency as the sensor.
- Make sure no other light source directly illuminates the PIR sensor at night, as this could cause malfunctions.
