Your invoice is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails from Netatmo may occasionally be filtered.
You can also download your invoice directly from your Netatmo account if your order appears in your account.
This option is available for orders placed after July 17th, 2025.
If you need a duplicate invoice, please contact us with the following details:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
