My Smart Door And Windows Sensor shows the status “Maintenance”. What should I do?

This means that your Sensor was not updated automatically and that it needs a forced update to be able to communicate again with your Smart Indoor Camera.

To force your Sensor's update, re-install it from your app's settings > Install new products > Netatmo > Smart Door and Window Sensors.

Note: You will then be prompted to move the Sensor closer to your Smart Indoor Camera, which may require removing the Sensor from its location.
