My Sensor indicates a closed status while the opposite is true:

1. On the Home + Security app's dashboard, tap the tile for your Sensor. Then tap on the cog at the top right of the menu that opens.
2. Select 'edit' and increase the Sensor's sensitivity.

1. On the Home + Security app's dashboard, tap the tile for your Sensor. Then tap on the cog at the top right of the menu that opens.
2. Select 'edit' and decrease the sensitivity for the Sensor.
