How can I factory reset my Smart Smoke Alarm?


  • Resetting your Smart Smoke Alarm is useless in case of:
    • Unreachability issues.
    • Wi-Fi issues.
  • Reset is relevant only when:
    • You give/sell your Netatmo Smart Smoke Alarm.
  • The factory reset deletes all the data and configuration of your Smart Smoke Alarm.


From the settings menu, select your home and then the Smart Smoke Alarm you want to reset. Then, select “Reset”. Then make a long press on the 'cfg' button at the back of the product till the blue LED lights up.
