Serial number
The serial number is composed of one letter followed by six characters (ex: hxxxxxx).
You can find it:
- In the Weather app:
- Go to the main menu on the top left corner > Manage my Home.
- Select the room where the module is located.
- Click on the module.
- On the product:
- Inside the battery compartment for the accessories.
- Below the Main Module. Tutorial video
- On the packaging.
MAC address
You can find the MAC address of the Big Module:
- In the Weather app:
- Go to Settings > Manage my Home.
- Select the room where the Main Module is located.
- Click on the module.
- By deduction from the serial number: gxxxxxx -> 70:ee:50:xx:xx:xx.
