If the Netatmo app dashboard is not displaying any measurements, there can be multiple causes. We suggest you test the power supply and the Wi-Fi connection of your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor.
Power supply
- Your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor may not be connected to the power source. Unplug the wall adapter and plug it back in: the Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor should light up in blue.
- Try powering your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor with another power adapter (if your power adapter is defective, we will exchange it for you as part of the after-sale service). You should not find it difficult to find another cable, also used to charge the majority of cell phones (micro-USB cable).
Connection
If your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is too far from your Wi-Fi access point, or is separated by obstacles (concrete walls) it may not be able to transmit these measurements. Try to have at least 3 bars of signal by bringing your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor closer to the Wi-Fi access point.
Similarly, if you have changed your Wi-Fi password or your router, your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor will no longer be able to connect to it. In this case, you can change it's Wi-Fi configuration.
Lastly, it may be that you have no Internet access. Your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor can connect to the Wi-Fi access point but there is no Internet access. Try to restart your router or to go closer to your internet access provider.
