Serial number
The serial number can be found:
- on the packaging
- on the base of the product (a letter "g" followed by 6 characters: gxxxxxx).

In the picture below:
- the serial number is circled in red
- the HomeKit code is circled in yellow
MAC Address
The MAC address can be useful to know to allow the connection to be established on secure networks.
It can be found:
- By deduction: the MAC address can be deduced from the serial number. Simply replace the letter ‘g’ in the serial number with ‘70:ee:50’ and complete it with the final six characters of the serial number. For example, if the serial number is g123456, the MAC address is 70:ee:50:12:34:56.
- In the Healthy Home Coach app:
- Settings > Advanced parameters > [name of your Healthy Home Coach] > MAC address.
