My Netatmo Presence shows the events in the timeline 1 minutes after occurence, but the notifications are sent to my iPhone with a delay of at least 10 minutes. Does anyone have the same issue? How to solve this?
If you receive late notifications, I would suggest first to uninstall your Netatmo mobile app (this will not delete your data), reboot your phone and then reinstall the latest version of the Netatmo Security application.
Also, please check the following:
Make sure your phone has an Internet connection
Make sure there are no limits on background data ((Phone settings > Applications >Security > Data consumption)

Hi. No it is not related to the app. Also dev apps are delayed at the same time.

It's unacceptable, an intruder will be gone before you know it. I'm definitely starting to think of these devices as toys for curious geeks.
@Netatmo: Please increase the bandwidth of your push notification services!

@Giada This does not depend on the phone's configuration. It depends on the time of day.
Everything worked fine for a few months, but gradually the problem returned. Uninstalling, restarting, battery saver... doesn't change a thing!

Well, I’ve fixed it finally today. Installed a S330 from Eufy and the Netatmo went to the recycle bin. What a useless device with totally useless support.

Yes pleas get a fix for this annoying bug. I believe that most user are having this problem. Why should we buy your doorbell when it is useless. All my guest has left when i get my alarm

Yes my camera had the original delayed notification issue then it was resolved recently, but now today Saturday 10/08 the delay has reoccurred

As far as I'm concerned, you can now do whatever you want, or not - I've had enough now, I'm looking around for products that work. This was definitely my last product from one of your brands.
