Thermostat display
I bought a new boiler and a netatmo wireless thermostat from homeserve approximently 3 years ago. The thermostat has a barcode on th box reading g11b17c and underneath NTH01-N-EC-Uk. The lcd screeen is beginning to fail with lots of black marks appearing on the screen. Can you supply this part please and could you give me a cost.

Same here, 2 failing screens, seems the most popular model, the OPMO21A2 of screen is unavailable, and seems the other e-ink screen with similar codes but not exactly the same don't work. Seems we are stuck with non working screens

Terence, Did you find the code of your broken one? The link is for the 21B1 screen, guessing your old one was the same code?
If, like mine it's the 21A2 then it appears that you can't get a replacement, and the the 21B1 screen doesn't work.
But, if your broken one was 21A1 and you replaced with the 21B1 that's great news.

I presume the B1 screen? Your link shows the A1 but it's £40 and sold out. Seems it was getting more and more scarce and somprice went up and now it's no longer available. I presume it will never be made again, and those with Thermostats that use the A1 are stuck with a dea display, thankfully the thing still shows the temp on my app.

Same problem here. My display is OMP021A2 and i can't find it anywhere...No compatible part, uh?! Shame on you, netatmo!
Same problem here. I have 3 thermostats: 2 in 1 house, 1 in another house, bought at different times.
All screen failing the same way in a matter of weeks.
I have ordered a replacement but it didn't work...
Screens are of really of bad quality. I have 11 thermostats in 3 properties. Screens for 5 of them I had to replace. Typical Euro business - western brand, Chinese parts... of course, failures outside warranty...

Hi there, I have a Netatmo Thermostat (NTH01) - Whilst the app and relay are all working the thermostat is seemingly frozen with blotches all over the LED. I purchased this around 3 years ago and it appears its a fairly common fault. I am not prepared to pay another £100+ for a replacement when this one hasnt lasted and I have no confidence that a future one will. Could someone at Netatmo get in touch and come to me with a solution / replacement please?
Can buy this on e-bay with an intruction on how to replace it on you tube. Fiddly job but even I managed it. Make sure its the B1 older ones are A1 and impossible to find.

To me ask Giada to provide an email with a solution.
And you should not open open the unit. You bought a product that you are expecting to last at least as long as the boiler.It is not your fault that display failed just out of warranty.
Hello, My NTH01 has a broken display. The OPM021A2 display is unavailable. I request an intervention from the manufacturer in accordance with European consumer rights regulations.

Best of luck with help from this company. I have twice requested help from this company. Once over the faulty srcreens and another when their server broke down and my thermostat was unusable. I requested help at the begining of December and recived this reply from ther head technician the following January.

March 2023 (ticket [3/B>2992452]) I was offered a free repair for my thermostat.
Now I’ve confirmed only the screen is defective.
Could you please send me just the replacement display instead?
I can replace it myself and cover shipping.
