The screen of my Thermostat or my Valve has a fault, what should I do?

The screens of products in the Energy range use electronic ink (e-paper) technology.

They are designed to display information by consuming power only when changing the state of pixels or blocks (black and white).

Regularly, as well as each time the setpoint is changed, the screen is completely refreshed so that its display remains as clear as possible.

If your screen has smudges or lines that won't go away after a refresh, send us a message with a photo of your product's screen and its original invoice.
