Connection from the Synology Server to the Camera Netatmo Presence can not be established
I have a Netatmo Presence Camera und a Synology DS723+ .
In the configuration for the camera are all Parameters (Client id, client_secret a.s.o) No IP Adress is necessary.
By press the Tryingbutton i get the message: Connection from the Synology Server to the Camera Netatmo Presence can not be established

Well, nothing happens here but at least now I get a message about a successful FTP upload from three cameras whenever something moves. WTF ...

I don't have unfortunately for now any further news. There was an email exchange last week asking us some questions, but we have not heard back from them since. I keep following it on my side if I have more news to share

It isn't helpful for us as customers, that you both (Netatmo and Synology) are blaming each other and not working together to solve the problem.
What is clear, that Netatmo blocked the api without informing Synology and caused the problem to all joint customers. We are now waiting for more than a month for a solution and it is difficult to understand that it is that complicated to solve. I would expect, that Synology needs guidance from Netatmo, because the API is with your company.
I would kindly ask you to to really work together to find a solution for your customers.

I needed to view my CCTV from Synology today, first time I needed it for a while and noticed camera Netamo offline, which brought me to this thread, how can the company block the service and not inform its customers?
Very poor customer service!
It seems the only way to solve this problem it to make the stream available to us, without forcing users to use the Netatmo cloud.
What are the real advantages of Netatmo cloud? Are there ANY? When the camera is disconnected (like by the burglar), I can't view any recent video anyway. Also, it introduces a horrible lag.

I guess it is time to speak as well about the issues:
If the company stops the support for any reason, like bankruptcy or, in this case, technical limits, the cams become useless!!!
The customer should be aware that they will lose their invested money suddenly in such a case. The cams are only working as long as the Server of the company are running.
This is not only a security risk; it is also a financial risk. I wouldn‘t take a second time.

Exactly, the current issues with the cameras going offline just underlines the whole ridiculousness of relying on company's cloud to access our own camera and its content.
Please provide users the local independent access.
Synology has released an update to Surveillance Station today (to version 9.2.1-11380), which seems to have fixed the Netatmo connection. It's recording again (at least since a few minutes), so I don't know if this is now the expected fix.
However, I will draw the consequences from this issue and my next camera will definitely not be from Netatmo. This has taken way too long to fix, leaving me almost two months without surveillance.

Still not working here. No DSM update, only device pack update proposed. Even after deactivating and activating again.
You have to have the latest DSM 7.2.2-72806 installed (installed manually) with SS 9.2.1-11380
Then it will work

What sometimes helps here is to reboot everything
First your internet modem & router, and when they reboot your NAS & Netatmo Camera (disable power on the camera)
And after everything has rebooted, then put the power back on the Netatmo Camera

Here it worked instantly when I updated DSM etc, didn’t even needed to re-activate the camera or reboot the system, it just worked
@foxtom22: These are the latest versions and it should work (at least it did instantly with my camera). Did you reboot the Synology? If yes, and it still does not work, I would contact Synology.

Update DSM with the last version 7.2.2 and same with the devicePack. I've Removed and added all the camera, but the issue is still present.
However, receive a lot off notification by email that somebody has connected to my account. Notification stop when I desactivate all the cameras on videostation...
For people who it's work now, witch port do you use please, default 443 ?
It's really boring....
