True temperature dissapeared.

So my unit is not displaying the true temperature compared to other standalone thermometers near by.

but that option is not available in the app or web version.

Why was it removed and is it going to be reinstated?

    Hi,

    I confirm that the True Temperature feature is still present in the app settings. We have just moved it.

    Go to the main menu of the Energy application at the top left > Manage my home > click on the virtual room of your choice > click on the three little dots at the top right.
    The True Temperature feature only appears if there is a Thermostat or Valve in the virtual room.

    Yes I don't have this feature also, very frustrating when they are saying I need to use this to change my temperature. And you cannot talk to anyone.

    Hi guys, I change the true temperature months ago to test it but now I don't remember the initial settings (before I changed it manually). Is there a way to reset it ?

    No need to, it‘s a constant calibrating/calculating process. When you do true temperature corrections, they are for the moment to steere the algorithm into the right direction. But it’s not like you rise or lower the measurements by this amount of degrees forever.
