I'm trying to give guest account to 2 different people.
One with an android phone, the second with an apple.
Non of them where able to open the door with the app. Is there some way to debug it to understand why?

I know that this is a forum among users, since there is no support at all from Netatmo. The fact is that there is no support from your company at all anywere. This kind of "support" sucks. I will never buy any product from such company for sure and I will never suggest it to anyone!
