You‘ll have to make a „true temperature“ correction.

Thanks for this, but I don't think that's the problem. The thermostat does display the temperature in the room correctly, the problem is that if I try to turn it down, it stays high. So in the app I'm turning it to 17 and it stays at 27 as of it can't turn the valve down. It's a brand new valve and I've checked it's working correctly. I'm suspicious that the actual radiator valve from netatmo is at fault
I have the exact same issue: does anyone from Netatmo monitor this site or are we relying on fellow consumers/users?
May I please request a replacement valve? I have deleted, reset and recalibrated the entire house yet I have one valve that won’t shut off and in eco mode still goes higher than the thermostat… Gbis should not be possible. Please can someone from Netatmo email me directly
