replacement rain gauge filter Answered
Hello,
I have to tell you this is the absolutely MOST CONFUSING way to communicate with you guys.
I placed a post yesterday about replacing my rain gauge filter.
Happily, I received an email requesting I respond to you by email......sadly the email you sent me is from a NOREPLY account. I'm trapped! From the best I can tell, I have to create a new POST in the section that says the POST IS NOW CLOSED. Here's hope this works.....
You asked for:
rain gauge serial number = k037c8c
reference letter = H for the rain gauge filter that was included in your email to me.
And you asked for a copy of the original invoice!!!! How many people, reallly, how many people save their original invoice for a purchase 5 yrs ago? The best I can supply you is that the data on my account started on 1/20/2019.
I have no invoice. This is 2025, who in their right mind saves such a thing - I can't wrap my head over that question. But I did the best I could.
