Same Issue here - New WiFi router - Welcome camera won’t connect – Netatmo
This is a new "anti theft" feature - contact the support - they need to "unlock" the camera.
same problem here ! can someone unlock please ? No changes in router or anything. It just went dead some time ago.

Also have this problem on all three cameras in my home, have changed the router and can’t reconnect…
I have the same issue after I swapped routers. Tried going through the set-up routine several times and keep getting to the same error page. The camera worked fine before I changed the router network from Sky to EE
I managed to fix the issue.
The steps to follow are:
1. Unlink the camera from the Netatmo panel (from the app).
2. Reset the camera and format the SD card: you can find the instructions here: https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/es/articles/360021184992
3. Set up the camera again as if it were new from the panel (if you have accessories like the alarm, window sensors… you’ll need to reset all of them too).

I have the same "0097-00003" since changing my wi-fi. Others seem to be saying this is a "security feature" in case your camera is stolen and someone tries to connect it to a different wi-fi. How do I contact someone to fix this issue and allow it to connect to my new wi-fi? Is there an email address or telephone number I can use? Thanks in advance.

Anyone know how long it takes support to respond to a service request?
I have this error, have tried to reset the camera, formatted the SD card and have been waiting days for a response from the service team for help.
How can you format the SD card, the previous link does not work for me.

I tried all the instructions on the internet and changed the router settings according to the instructions. I have wifi 2.4 as required. Everything worked until I deleted the device from Apple Home and from the app and tried to add it again to the Control app. Every now and then the installation progress of the new device is displayed until the update phase. It freezes there and after a while it writes the error code Error code 0097-00003. I did the installation several times over the course of several days and still the same result, of course, I reset the relay.
Just an update, but support were unable to unlock my camera despite following all their instructions and I have given up trying to get it to connect.
It’s being used as a paperweight as that’s all it’s useful for now.
