How to have a reply from the customer service?

I’m afraid I don’t quite understand your request.
I’ve checked your case and your conversation with my colleague, who responded to you on March 12th. You then replied the same day, and our agent followed up with a final response on Friday, March 14th, at 14:05.
Additionally, this forum is intended for sharing tips and tricks about Netatmo products, rather than providing feedback on customer service or requesting a response that has already been given.

I tried to reinstal my welcome Netatmo camera and get error code 0097-00003. It seems you block my acces. Can you pse open up or give me advice what I shall do? Pse alert me onmy email when you send your response
