How can a company such as yours stand by this product? My Netamo smart thermostat was installed 3 years ago as I have crumbling bones and having it made life easier by connecting with the app. The display has failed already and after researching I see this is very common and surely should be replaced for customers who bought in good faith? Pensioners and the disabled cannot just stump up £150 for faulty goods to be replaced? Andy in Ramsgate
