I'm tryig to install the Netatmo weather app on my iPhone. I have a user name and a system generated Password: . I can logon to your Web site from my PC with my Username and Password. Hovever: When I try to install the app on my iPhone og log on with my username (e-mail addr) and Password. The same as used to log on to my account from the PC. The password ... is not accepted. Msg "Have you forgot your Password". What can I do to get this app installed om my iPhone?
