Indor Camera Advance new arrival doesn't work but now ones reply
PO arrived on 21st november 2025 Netatmo invoice 19th nov 25 q.ty 2 indoor Cam Pro White EC. One of this doesn't work and after several attemts with apple and android system, wasn't possible use the camera properly. From 21st nov I sent mail to Netatmo but no ones reply to me. I already sent mail to contact-shop@netatmo.com on 22nd, 23rd, 26, 28th november and 1st, 5th, 9th, 17th, 22nd december and today (11 mails). Unfortunately there aren't other ways to contact Netatmo and no ones had reply in more than 40 days. I had installed in my house 7 camera, 5 indoor and 2 out door Thermostat and radiator valves, so I know very well the products. If you try to return the product trough web site the system reply with "order not found", and by mail no ones reply. Ther's no phone number where you hope to receive any help.
If something goes wrong with products ordered you can keep them because Netatmo do not assist you.
