My issue has been ongoing for 10 months or so. Have gone through what Netatmo sent me many times and have sent email asking for replacement, I have no joy ill get my money back via Apple or Netatmo...

Netatmo Smart thermostat not connecting to energy/control App.
reset and reset many times to set up on Energy and or Control app, app not seeing or finding thermostat. Using apple devices. Last try then ditching. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
