My Netatmo thermostat display is broken. Is there a location in Ireland that I can get a replacement or repair?

I have the same issue. I'm very dissapointed about this product. There is nothing difference between this one and a chinese one, just higher price.
I'm very disappointed too. Cannot a be lcd screen doesn't work anymore after few year.
I pretend a substitition. It's no more than 3 years when I bought it and cannot be!
I'm expecting to be contacted in few days for substitution.

I'm almost sure it's due to a firmware error in one of the updates. I have five devices at home and all five have broken down. Incredible. I will never buy Netatmo product again

I have sent the thermostat to the Netatmo service center to be repaired (My display was broken).
They have sent me back a thermostat with a new display but it can’t be turned on. I have tried with a lot of new batteries but does’t work. Completely dead.
A few years back, I could not turn on the thermostat just like you. I contacted the support, they sent me a new one, right away, so I was really impressed with the support I got. Of course I'm still disappointed with the thermostat a little bit, as it has an other failure now. It may be a QC issue.
The product does not stand the test of time. After three years, I experienced instances where they would freeze and run at maximum heating all day. Wastefulness, not efficiency :( In the end, all 4 displays broke, even though the mechanism itself still works.
I am practically convinced that the problem is caused by the firmware update of the version 102. Can you check the information of each affected valve to see if anyone has a different firmware version?
What is also clear to me is that I will never invest a single cent in Netatmo products again.

Where can I check my firmware version? By me it states it's on 78. 🤷🏻♂️
Yes, in your case is a thermostat. I was talking about valves that are having also the same problem
