weather station anemometer base screw issue

I was going to  repalce the battery to my anemometer but the holding screw from the netatmo kit broke inside I am not able to remove it from the base.  I need the replacement base and the  screw from the holding support. the screw material  did not had enought strength to hold the unscrewing torch from the base.

    I had the same problem. Not only the screw is broken but when I try to loosen the fastner it also was thight and broken. Very weak construction/material. Can I buy spareparts?

    Hi team. I’ve also had this issue and now have the head of the mount screw stuck in the base of my anemometer. Would it be possible to order a replacement part?

    I experienced the same problem with broken screw inside the base plade.

    Is the a why to replace this with a sparepart from you? Thanks

    This happened to me too on both the anemometer and rain collector.
