Submit a request page not working
I'm trying to open a ticket to get help retrieving my Home Kit code for a thermostat, but the "Submit a request" page is not working, there is no button or option to open a new case.
Can anyone from Netatmo support get in touch with me?

You‘re right, there seems to be an issue with the site.
However I discovered that it works from the german support article and then the language can be switched back to english 🤷♂️
