My Thermostat is no longer connected to its Thermo Hub, what should I do?

When the Thermostat loses its radio connection with the Thermo Hub, the app displays “Thermostat not reachable”.
If the Thermostat is still powered, a red Network icon appears on its screen.

1. Check the Thermostat power supply

  • Remove the batteries and check for leaks.

  • If you see oxidation, clean it with a cotton swab and white vinegar.

  • Insert new, unexpired 1.5V AA batteries. The screen should turn ON, briefly show “Hi!”, then display the ambient temperature.

  • Wake up the Thermostat by touching the central button. The Network icon must not turn ON.

2. Improve the wireless connection

  • If possible, reduce the distance between the Thermo Hub and the Thermostat.

  • If moving is not possible, change their orientation. Even a slight change in position can improve signal quality.

  • Avoid thick walls, ceilings with metal reinforcement, and surfaces that absorb radio signals.

  • For testing, place both devices in the same room or ensure thin partitions between them.

3. Avoid interference

For optimal radio transmission, do not place the Thermo Hub or Thermostat:

  • Within 50 cm of other electrical equipment (even if not using the radio).

  • Behind or inside the boiler frame.

  • Very close to each other (less than 10 cm).

  • Behind a TV.

  • Near an aquarium.

  • In or on a metal object.

  • Inside a closed cabinet.

  • Near multiple electric wires or cables.

If, despite having followed these recommendations, the connection is not restored, send us a message attaching a photo of the back of the Thermostat after having removed the batteries.
