My Thermo Link is no longer connected to its Thermo Hub, what should I do?

When the Thermo Link loses its radio connection with the Thermo Hub, the app displays “Thermo Link not reachable”.

1. Check that the Thermo Link is powered

Press the button on the Thermo Link. The LED must be solid blue when the boiler is ON. If the LED stays OFF, cut the power to the house and check the Thermo Link’s wiring and power connection.

2. Improve the wireless connection

Reduce the distance between the Thermo Hub and the Thermo Link if possible.

If you cannot move them, adjust their orientation. Even a small change can improve the signal.

Avoid thick walls, metal‑reinforced ceilings, and materials that absorb radio signals.

For testing, place both devices in the same room or ensure only thin partitions are between them.

3. Avoid interference

For optimal radio performance, do not place the Thermo Hub or the Thermo Link:

  • Within 50 cm of other electrical equipment (even non‑radio devices)

  • Behind or inside the boiler frame

  • Too close to each other (less than 10 cm)

  • Behind a TV

  • Near an aquarium

  • In or on metal objects

  • Inside a closed cabinet

  • Close to multiple electric cables or wiring

If the connection is still not restored after following all recommendations, contact us and attach a photo that shows both modules' locations.

4. Reset the product

Press the Thermo Link button until the Thermo Link LED turns red, then release. The product will reset and reboot. After rebooting, the LED will start blinking green.

You will then need to reinstall the product.
